BL777 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "BL777," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the BL777 online gaming platform, accessible at bl777.club, and its operators.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the BL777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the BL777 platform.

To access the full features of the BL777 platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one BL777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. BL777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Verification (KYC): BL777 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly notify BL777 of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.

All financial transactions on the BL777 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• BL777 supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at BL777's discretion.
• BL777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which BL777 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction. BL777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. BL777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, where applicable.
• BL777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted by BL777 at any time.
• BL777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal and may request supporting documentation as part of this process.

BL777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. BL777 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

• BL777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus was claimed or used in breach of these Terms.

BL777 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following terms apply to all games available on the platform:

• Each game available on BL777 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
• BL777 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by BL777 or any third party.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, BL777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed in that round to the players' accounts.
• BL777's decision on the outcome of any game dispute shall be final, subject to the player's right to escalate unresolved complaints through the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BL777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and BL777's prior written approval.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21, or allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your account.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the BL777 platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BL777 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.

All content on the BL777 platform, including but not limited to the BL777 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of BL777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the BL777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the BL777 platform without the prior written consent of BL777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, BL777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the BL777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions to service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

BL777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your BL777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit BL777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

BL777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the BL777 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BL777 is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable data protection laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with trusted service providers as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from BL777.
• BL777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

You may close your BL777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

BL777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BL777 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the BL777 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent BL777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
